KSA

KSA (Knowledge/Skill/Ability): is a workshop designed to advance a massage therapists knowledge regarding histology, increasing their skill through accurate identification and assessment of joint and soft tissue structures, producing outcome based treatment plans and efficient massage protocols which demonstrate a higher ability. The goal of the workshop is, upon completion, that the participant possesses a more marketable, dependable massage.
The KSA method uses Swedish massage, Myofascial release, Trigger point therapy and MET in its’ treatment protocols. Each of these modalities are viewed from the standpoint of the primary histological changes that occur with the application of their techniques. Once the KSA theory of stroke selection is understood the practitioner finds the key to unlock stubborn, dense or long-standing tissue dysfunction. Possession of these skills allows for quick changes for the client and less taxing work for the therapist.
