A hands-on interactive workshop designed to get attendees into the creative ABC’s of business  and menu development. Students will learn several different options for adding services that can integrate into their existing menu of services and how to. They will explore the difference between add-on and add-in services and how they can benefit your bottom line no matter where you practice. Attendees will learn about the most popular offerings, such as, aromatherapy, hand and foot treatments, applications for hydrotherapy, scalp treatments, and sleep! The business and marketing side of these treatments will be explored and illustrated. Students will be able to streamline the inventory needed for those services that fit their practice. Upon completion, students will have the skills and resources to build a successful business plan for creative and profitable menu development.
